Privacy policy
This policy covers the Voxtell Chat connector, the service that links your Voxtell Chat account to your AI assistant. Last updated September 2, 2026.
What the connector accesses
Only on your instruction, the connector reads and updates data in your own Voxtell Chat account: conversations and messages, contacts, labels, team and inbox lists, reports, and help center articles.
What we store
- Your Voxtell Chat API token, encrypted, so you only sign in once. We never store your password.
- An audit log of connector activity: which tool ran, for which account, and whether it succeeded. Message text, emails, and phone numbers are masked in this log.
What we do not do
- Your data is not used to train AI models.
- We do not sell your data or share it beyond the AI assistant you connected.
- The connector cannot delete conversations, contacts, or articles.
Disconnecting
Remove the connector in your AI assistant's settings at any time. That revokes its access. To have the stored token removed as well, regenerate your API token in Voxtell Chat under Profile settings, or contact Voxtell support.
